Irregularities Report Form

This form is used to report alleged irregularities of a general, operational or financial nature and/or violations of the Code of Ethics and Conduct or the policies of the Ciclo Fapril Group, to your direct superior or to the line of conduct unless, by legal imposition, it is required that you do so to another entity, without any fear of retaliation resulting from the report, if and as long as you have done so in good faith.
